The challenge
Three brine concentrators in a remote water treatment plant needed a major shutdown delivered to a major mining company's standards, while the site's work management, condition monitoring and critical spares practices needed review.
What we did
On-site shutdown coordination across scope, planning, contractors and execution for the three units; reviews of work management, condition monitoring and critical spares; recommendations loaded into the site's maintenance system.
